do you have any links to share about the situation with the disappeared students in mexico?
yes (some of the links are in spanish, sorry): yesterday (oct 8) thousand of people in at least 25 states of México marched in protest of 44 students missing after being detained by the police. They found 28 students in a pit, but of course, the police blames it on the narco (mexican drug dealers).
PCM (Mexcian Communist Party) protested in Guerrero (the student teachers were from Ayotzinapa) and also EZLN (revolutionary movement) marched in silence.
there were some news outlets that blamed it on the victims, they are accused of being violent because many have communist education and they protested in the streets…. but how can they expect we protest peacefully after students are being killed?
we can’t expect the president Enrique Peña Nieto to do something, he actually has done this things before. He is member of PRI, a party which held the power over 70 years and they are back to pursue and kill anyone who dares stand in their way, he is even going to build an airport on TOP of farmworkers.
fellow mexicans: we have to join the fight. we can’t stand in apathy anymore while the few who fight are getting killed. wake up, this is happening in our country and it WILL get worse unless we join forces, organize and fight back.
